Ok, so I admit these have never done anything for me. But I think they’d be pretty sweet with the roof chopped. I know. You think I’m insane. Fine. I just think the roof is waaaay too tall for these cars.

Oh I love their proportions, the old tall greenhouses are one of my favourite parts of 80s and 90s BMWs. Rusty Slammington is chopped, but I really don’t like that car, in any of its iterations.....
What about E24s? The coupe profile kinda takes the edge off the height of the greenhouse

Nah, still way too much window.
Honestly problem #1 starts with the grille, I’ve never liked the BMW Grille.

I’d say they’re about as reliable as an e30, they’re getting old enough that pretty much anything could go electrically, or random things breaking if they’re high mileage. But the drivetrains are pretty much indestructible. It really depends how well they've been taken care of for all the other things
